A minimum of 24 hours advanced notice must be given if a lesson needs to be cancelled. If proper notification is given, the lesson is eligible to be rescheduled at an alternative time. If there is no alternative availability, then the lesson will be credited. If the minimum advanced notice is not met, then the lesson will be billed as if it was attended.
